These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Simpll's website and PowerPoint add-in (together, the "Service"), provided by Simpll ("Simpll", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Simpll is a PowerPoint add-in that helps you create charts and formatted slides directly inside PowerPoint, along with a website for account management, subscriptions, and licensing.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Plans, trials, and billing

• New accounts may receive a free trial period, as described on our pricing page. Trial length and start conditions may change from time to time.
• Paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) are billed in advance through Razorpay and automatically renew each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• License keys issued to your account are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
• Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share, sublicense, or resell your license key or account access to others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent licensing checks in the Service.
• Use the Service in a way that disrupts or overburdens our infrastructure.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual property

Simpll and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, branding, and documentation. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own presentation work, subject to an active trial or subscription. Charts and presentations you create remain yours.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simpll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
